Arkflow is a trading name of Solarmente PTY LTD (Registration No. as per CIPC), located at 5 Hall Road, Sea Point, 8051 Cape Town, South Africa. We operate the website arkflow.co.za and the Arkflow communication platform.

WhatsApp messaging
Arkflow uses the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send and receive messages. When you message our WhatsApp number or receive messages from us, Meta processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We store message content in our CRM system (ERPNext) to maintain a communication history linked to your enquiry or account.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Vendors, sales partners, or suppliers on the Arkflow platform who are assigned to handle your enquiry — limited to the information necessary to serve you
- Payment processors (NetCash) to process subscription payments
- Meta Platforms (for WhatsApp message delivery)
- Law enforcement if required by South African law
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and role-based access controls within our platform. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
